Way to quietness, confidence and comfort

It was the loudest thud on a thunderous night. I held my son in my arms. Persistent lightning was the order of the day. We then ignored about the weather altogether. Next day morning, it was still wet everywhere. We opened the garage door to move our car in. To our shock, the ceiling of our garage had crashed and fallen on the floor. Consequent thunder shook our garage ceiling. That loud cracking noise was also due to this. We realised it a day later. But thank God, we left our car out in the driveway although the weather was too bad . The guy who later fixed the ceiling said it could have killed if someone had been there that night. We are grateful to God Almighty that he kept us safe.

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalms 91:1 NKJV

He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge;
Psalms 91:4 NKJV
