Who is in the holy temple?
Who is on the heavenly throne?
The One who sees the trouble of the afflicted;
The One who considers their grief,
The One who takes it in hand.
The committed see his help;
He is their King forever and ever.
He does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.
He hears the desire of the afflicted;
Encourages them and listens to their cry.
The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
A stronghold in times of trouble.
He perfectly defends the oppressed.
He thwarts the hands of the offender.
When the upright is shaken,
His foundations struck down,
The One who observes everyone on earth
Examines the upright.
The Righteous One loves justice;
He never hides his face to the upright.
His name is Wonderful;
He answers by his wonderful ways.
The hope of the afflicted will never perish.
When the Lord restores you,
May you rejoice and your family be glad!
